After training in France and the USA, the co-creation of a company in the nautical industry, and then 12 years with AREVA in business development, he co-founded the consulting firm Alternance Partners, a field in which he continued until 2006. He then turned to HR consulting by creating Narval Partners, whose base line is "Initiating performance and releasing potential". Today, as a partner of adameo, he is involved in the HR practice. As a sailor and partner from the beginning, he has been following Loïc since his early days as an ocean racing skipper.

I have a real passion for aviation, from drone to general aviation. After graduating from a mechanical engineering school, I co-founded a start-up with the objective to develop innovative light aircraft. I then joined the Danielson Group to develop the best heavy fuel drone propulsion systems on the market. A doctorate in management sciences with a focus on finance led Claire to become a financial analyst in large stock market companies in Paris and London. But after having analyzed the functioning of listed companies for many years, Claire realized that it was more interesting to use her know-how to help startups and small companies in their development. She set up her own fundraising structure, Adviseo Conseil. She brings a real added value which was not the case when she was giving simple recommendations on listed companies.

Leo brings passion and strategy, specializing in corporate restructuring with more than 25 years of international experience as a senior management consultant in mainly financial services such as: aviation, aerospace, defense, public sector. His career started as CFO of the Swiss Ministry of Defense and later as advisor to the Swiss Ministry of Economy. He holds an MBA from INSEAD and IDHEAP (University of Lausanne), was a staff officer in the Swiss army with the rank of colonel and is fluent in French, English, German with good knowledge of Italian.
